Whatever you choose, we talk one on one. You tell me about your situation, I’ll ask questions I need to, and I give you my honest opinion on whether I can help. If you decide we’re a fit, I’ll go over the next steps with a clear price and path forward.

I’ll then send you a simple questionnaire tailored to your situation and legal needs. Fill it out at your own pace. If you have any questions, you can always call or email me.
The Work
Any documents that need drafted - I draft. Any attorneys that need to be called - I call. If there’s a hearing - I’m there.
For my Estate Planning clients, you can expect 2-3 weeks before signing, but I work to provide rush packages upon request and availability.
Estate administration requires us to go over all assets and debts of the estate, identify heirs, distribute property, and file the taxes timely. I’m there every step of the way.
For my Criminal Defense clients, I enter my appearance, contact the District Attorney’s Office, gather the evidence and paperwork available, and walk you through the next steps from preliminary hearing through resolution. Whether it’s a traffic citation, misdemeanor, or serious felony charge, I’m there to answer questions, protect your rights, and stand with you in court.
The Results
Estate Planning clients leave typically with a Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, and Healthcare POA.
For an estate: taxes are filed, property is distributed, and the estate is closed.
Criminal matters resolve either in a suitable plea, dismissal, or through trial - depending on the circumstances.
